The City of New Haven, Connecticut is considering passing zoning regulations that would allow higher density and bulk limits on developments in the city's commercial corridors. In exchange, developments must include sustainable design features. It might be appropriate for Norwalk to consider similar regulations in its commercial corridors and urban center (or perhaps citywide).
