A special meeting of The Planning and Zoning Commission of The City of Norwalk will be held this Monday September 27th @ 6pm. The Public Hearing item of importance will be the “Building Zone Regulation Text Amendment and Zoning Map Change to create the East Norwalk Village TOD Zone (EVTZ)”. The biggest question posed by residents is will the amenity point system be a fair trade off for added height & density on East Avenue and neighboring streets in East Norwalk?
